Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with optimization of internal stress of thermoplastic part. The introduction describes method of thermoplastics moulding and analyses behavior through temperature reduction, mainly behavior internal stress followed by instability of material as consequence of later temperature heating. According results getting with the aid of method named Design Of Experiments we can make tolerances higher and optimization simpler. After that, with simulation software CadMould 3D-F was system adjusted and controlled with better results that we hade before. In economical evaluation are two ways we can select - tooling optimization or material change for another with better heat stabilization − decision is depending of production amount.
