dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaobírá strategii společnosti. Popisuje, analyzuje a hodnotí situaci ve společnosti GALVAMET spol. s r.o. První teoretická část se zabývá obecným popisem strategické analýzy, především externí a interní analýzy. Ve druhé praktické části je uskutečněna zmíněná externí a interní analýza a SWOT analýza. Výsledky z analýz jsou poté použity ke zpracování návrhů a doporučení pro společnost.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor´s thesis deals with strategy of the company. Describes, analyses and valutes the current situation of the GALVAMET, Ltd. The first theoretical part concentrates on the general characteristics of the strategic analysis, especially on external and internal analysis. In second practical part is implement mentioned external and internal analysis and the SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis are use to elaboration of proposals and recommendation for the company.en
