Měkké cíle železniční infrastruktury

Abstract

HEJDOVÁ, Karolína. Měkké cíle železniční infrastruktury [Diplomová práce]. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2023. 71 stran. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měkkými cíli v oblasti železniční infrastruktury. První část práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení řešené problematiky, konkrétně základní pojmy, klíčové dokumenty a blíže popisuje oblast měkkých cílů a železniční infrastruktury. Výsledkem teoretické části je vymezení, co je měkkým cílem v železniční infrastruktuře. Na tuto část navazuje analýza metod, které se zabývají identifikací měkkých cílů či mohou být vhodné pro identifikaci. Analýza metod byla využita jako podklad pro návrh postupu identifikace měkkých cílů v železniční infrastruktuře, jež je stěžejní částí této práce. V závěrečné části byl tento návrh aplikován na železniční infrastrukturu v Kraji Vysočina.

This thesis deals with soft targets in the field of railway infrastructure. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of the issue, namely the basic concepts, key documents and describes in more detail the area of soft targets and railway infrastructure. The theoretical part results in the definition of what is a soft target in railway infrastructure. This section is followed by an analysis of methods that deal with or may be suitable for the identification of soft targets. The analysis of the methods was used as a basis for the design of the procedure for the identification of soft targets in railway infrastructure, which is the core part of this thesis. In the final part, this proposal was applied to the railway infrastructure in the Vysočina Region.
