Analýza systému technických kontrol palných zbraní v resortu MV ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu technických kontrol palných zbraní v resortu Ministerstva vnitra České republiky. V úvodu práce je popsána historie kontrol a požadavků kladených na palné zbraně. V další části jsou uvedeny technické prostředky a popis jednotlivých, zákonem daných zkoušek, které nám slouží k testování zbraní před jejich uvedením na trh. V další části jsou popsány zbraně, které nejsou vyhovující pro další používání ve společnosti, a tudíž se vyřazují z oběhu a jsou označovány znehodnocovacími značkami. V závěru práce jsou detailněji popsány kontroly zbraně CZ 75 P-01.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of technical inspections of firearms in the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. The introduction describes the history of controls and requirements for firearms. The next section discusses the technical means and description of each, the law of the tests that we used to test the weapon before placing them on the market. The next section describes the arms which are not suitable for further use in the community and thus are retired from circulation and are referred znehodnocovacími numerals. In conclusion are described in detail gun control CZ 75 P-01 only
