Abstract

This bacherol thesis deals with research customer satisfaction from the construction company H.P.M. Servis s.r.o. It is a marketing research made by a questionnaire survey. The bacherol thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part and it is divided into six chapters. The first part is focused on theoretical basis of customer satisfaction research and methodology of marketing research process. It also introduces the H.P.M. Servis s.r.o. company and its conduct of business. The practical part deals with data processing that we have gained from a written questionnaires, and the made research results analysis. The end of thesis includes suggestions and recommendations which coming from results of marketing research.
