Abstract

The master thesis considers the design of cross transfer point of drag conveyor which is used for transport black coal at underground mine. At the beginning of the thesis, there is worked up the theoretical part which describes drag conveyors, mining machines for underground mines and the possibilities of construction transfer points of drag conveyors. The second part is devoted to calculation of drag conveyor based on ON 44 5721 and the proposal of the parts of drive unit. In the third part, there are made static and dynamic calculations of chosen parts and there is made a control calculation of bearing’s durability as well. The conclusion provides overview and summary which were achieved.
