Main objective of this bachelor´s thesis is testing of monolithic micro mill tools which took place at company FOREZ s.r.o. Thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part contains a brief description of history of mechanical engineering, categories and general characteristics of machining, as well as information about the company, milling, milling machines and tools. Last but not least the substance of micro milling is mentioned in this part. Practical part deals with the testing itself. Testing was performed on machine made by company Röders and most suitable micro mill by four manufactures was selected according to given criteria.
