Izostatické lisování za tepla (HIP) vzorků vyrobených technologií Material Extrusion z korozivzdorné oceli 316L

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the effect of isostatic hot pressing on stainless steel 316L from BASF Ultrafuse 316L material produced by FDM 3D printing. The theoretical part describes the FDM method, specifies the properties and required modifications of the Ultrafuse 316L material. The practical part includes the preparation and printing procedure, comparison of microstructure images of reference and HIPped samples and presentation of the results of density and porosity analysis. Finally, the results of the measurements are evaluated and compared with the predicted values of porosity reduction.
