Informační podpora správy bytového družstva

Abstract

Záměrem této diplomové práce bylo usnadnění komunikace a zvýšení informovanosti členů bytového družstva pomocí informační podpory. V této práci bylo především řešeno, jak jednotlivým členům a předsedovi bytového družstva ulehčit vzájemnou komunikaci a zlepšit jejich informovanost. Za tímto účelem byly dle požadavků zadavatele vytvořeny internetové stránky, díky kterým jsou všechny informace o družstvu na jednom, heslem chráněném místě. Dále zadavatel požadoval vytvoření elektronického úklidového sešitu, který by nahradil starý papírový. Dále bylo požadováno, aby byl informační systém zároveň místem, kde se budou moci archivovat veškeré dokumenty, které družstvo vykáže při své činnosti. K vývoji tohoto informačního systému bylo použito především těchto moderních technologií. Značkovací jazyk deklarovaný na verzi HTML 5, kaskádové styly levelu 3 pro definování vzhledu, programovacího jazyka PHP 5 a knihoven Nette Frameworku, jenž vše zastřešují. Jako databáze byla zvolena malá relační databáze MySQL. Sběr informací probíhal prostřednictvím rozhovorů se členy družstva na členských schůzích a formou hlasování bylo rozhodováno o jeho dalším vývoji. Při analyzování tohoto systému byl pro definování uživatelských požadavků využit USE CASE diagram, jenž byl podrobně rozpracován do jednotlivých scénářů. Dále byl použit aktivity diagram, pro modelování situace, kdy člen družstva vstupuje do informačního systému, relační datový model a další. Přínosy informačního systému jsou především, zvýšení informovanosti členů družstva, umožnění jejich vzájemné komunikace, veškeré dokumenty dostupné z jednoho místa a podávání návrhu na předmět členské schůze. Předsedovi díky automaticky generovanému úklidovému sešitu odpadá povinnost obcházet byty se sešitem papírovým. Do budoucna je možné dále rozvíjet IS, konkrétně tu část zabývající se financemi, tak aby se s nimi automaticky počítáno. Případně je možné vytvořit aplikaci úklidového sešitu přímo určenou pro mobilní telefony. Či propojit systém se sociálními sítěmi.

The aim of this dissertation was to facilitate communication and increase awareness among members of residence associations with the help of information support. This thesis primarily dealt with how to improve mutual communication and awareness among the individual members and the heads of the residence associations. In light of this cause a website was created, as requested by the contracting entity, where one can find all information in regards to the housing co-op, in one password-protected place. The contracting entity also called for the creation of an electronic cleaning shift log, which would replace the conventional paper method. Another requirement was for there to be an information system where all documents that the association reports on their affairs would be able to be archived. For the development of the information system, the following modern technologies were primarily used; the markup language declared on the HTML 5 version, Cascading Style Sheets Level 3 for defining the appearance, the programming language PHP 5 and libraries of the Nette Framework, which it all falls under. MySQL was chosen as the small relational database. Information collection was conducted through interviews with members of the association at membership meetings, and a vote was to decide on its future development. When analyzing this system, the USE CASE diagram was used to define the user requirements, which were worked out in detail for individual scenarios. The activity diagram was also used for modeling situations when a member is entered into the information system, relational data models and etc. The benefits of an information system are primarily that it helps raise awareness among members, allowing them to communicate with one another, plus all documents are available in one place and proposals can be easily submitted for association meetings. Thanks to the automatically generated cleaning logs, the chair man no longer has to go door to door with the cleaning log sheet. In the future, it is possible to further develop IS, especially the part in regards to finances and being able to depend on them to come. Alternatively, you can create a cleaning log application designed for mobile phones or even connect the system with social networks.
