Abstract

The object of this bachelor thesis was based on an analysis of systems of recruitment and selection of employees in a chosen company and according to findings define suggestions and recommendations to improve these processes. In the theoretical part,it was based on the scientific literature, that it describes the steps of processes of recruitment and selection employees. In the practical part, it was characterized chosen organization and described way of recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen organization. Finally, it was based on an analysis of these processes and the questionnaire survey, was made suggestions for improvements to the mentioned processes.
