The topic of the diploma thesis is to determine the condition of ground machines, especially the condition of wheeled shovel excavators using methods of technical diagnostics, specifically methods of tribodiagnostics. Tribodiagnostic methods were applied on ground machines by the company "Miroslav Chybík s.r.o.". The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the introduction of the company, the issue of technical diagnostics and a theoretical overview of construction machinery. In the practical part, I focused on the analysis of the results from the samples of construction machines and the subsequent evaluation of the technical condition of the machines.
