Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Market valuation of buildings. The aim of the thesis is to find out the price usual for an assessed building. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on general terms and expressions that will help to understand the principles of the building pricing. In chapter three there are possibilities of pricing of buildings explained. Among them there are three basic methods: expenditure, proceeds and comparative method. Part four deals with pricing of the chosen real estate with methods that are suitable for it. These are proceeds and comparative methods. The values we get from the calculation using these methods, will be compared and it will be determined, which method has a better information capability for the given real estate.
