Abstract

My bachelor thesis is processed on the theme of the development of organization human potential.The aim of bachelor thesis is to achieve analysis and valuation of the employees education system in COOP Jednota Cadca. According to the research performed by questionairres on the sample of employees to suggest the possibilities of improvment of current education system. The bachelor thesis is divited into three chapters. The theoretic part characterizes the company education and process of company education. The practical part deals with analysis of present educational system. In the third-last chapter is suggested possible improvments and advices to management of the company to eliminate all limitations in education and propose new system of education of employees.
