Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to learn about the attitude of cinema-goers to the current media partner of Multiplex CineStar Ostrava, the radio Orion, and to state if this broadcasting media partner corresponds with their preference. Partial aim is to state which of the regional broadcasting media run at Moravian-Silesian market, which of the listener's groups they are designed for, and if they would be interested in a prospective cooperation with the multiplex in Ostrava. The aim was accomplished by a questionnaire survey of 250 respondents and then at 6 local radio stations with the biggest ratings in the region. On the basis of results of both surveys, I suggest some recommendations to the management for an improvement of communication with the customers.
