Společenská odpovědnost firem v ČR

Abstract

Cílem práce je zhodnocení komunikace se stakeholders ve vybraných firmách, na základě této analýzy pak poskytnout návrhy, vedoucí ke zdokonalení současné situace.

V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány hlavní pojmy, týkající se společenské odpovědnost firem. Poznatky z teoretické části mi byly podkladem pro zpracování analýzy komunikace se stakeholders.

V praktické analytické části jsem představila vybranou firmu a poté jsem rozebrala její současný stav ve zvolené oblasti. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsem navrhla několik doporučení, jak rozvoji zlepšit komunikaci se stakeholders.

The aim is to evaluate the work of communication with stakeholders in selected companies, based on this analysis, then provide suggestions leading to improvement of the current situation. In the theoretical part are characterized by the main concepts related to CSR. Findings from the theoretical part of me was the basis for the analysis of communication process with stakeholders. In the practical analysis of the selected company, I introduced my then dismantle its current status in the selected areas. Based on the shortcomings I have proposed several recommendations on how to develop better communication with stakeholders.
