Měření přesnosti obráběcího stroje DMU 50 pomocí Ballbar systému

Abstract

This master thesis deals with measurement and evaluation of the precision machine tool DMU 50 by using Ballbar system. In this thesis, the theoretical analysis of the development of a generation NC machines, precision of machining and machine tools and analysis of common CNC machine control methods is performed. The realized analysis of the measurement system is described in detail, including examples of computations. The main contribution of this master thesis is the evaluation of results of measured values of deviations from an ideal circle. All measurement records are listed in an electronic annex.
