Analýza systému motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v softwarové společnosti

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is Analysis of Employee Motivation and Remuneration in a Software Company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current system of motivation, remuneration, employee benefits and satisfaction from the perspective of employees. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical and methodological background of the topic. The second part introduces the company under study and its current remuneration systems. Furthermore, the results of the interviews and the results of the questionnaire survey are presented in this part. In the final part of the diploma thesis, the results are evaluated and recommendations are proposed to improve the situation in relation to benefits, motivation and employee satisfaction.
