Abstract

This thesis deal with design of shifting drive unit of pneumatic drill machine, especially design of transmissive case. In the introduction is processed surfy of driller machines and question of assorted drives. In next part the design of driving troop and transmissive case is processed. Design of transmissive case includes the design particular wheelwork and shafts. In computational part solidity and power calculation is detailed. After calculations of torque on separate shafts, follows calculation of gearing system on bend and on touch. Further the designed pinion rafting are checked. Calculations of particular pinion shafts are supplemented by design of verification bearings and pens.
