Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of project management at a selected company, focusing on warehouse logistics products, specifically storage towers and mobile racking carriages. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to project management. The practical part focuses on the analysis of employee responsibilities, project phases, project types, project issues, and the project manager’s tasks during the project. Based on the identified issues, improvements and process automation have been proposed with the aim of improving the efficiency of the project manager’s work.
