Analýza procesu výroby výkonnostních štítků elektromotorů

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis is dealing with analysis of the production process of performance labels for electric motors. The data for this work was provided by the company Siemens, s.r.o., plant electric motors Mohelnice. The introduction describes the electric motors and their division. I will also describe the production of electric engines and their components in the Mohelnice plant. In next steps I will define performance labels and their requirements for mounting on the device, as well as the types, materials, used software or printing technologies. In the practical part, I will suggest possible steps which could lead to the unification and simplification of the label production and for reducing production costs. In conclusion I will evaluate the achieved results and recommend a suitable solution.
