Návrh stratégie vybraného klastra

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce „Návrh stratégie vybraného klastru“ je prostredníctvom strategickej analýzy, pozostávajúcej z analýzy externého a interného prostredia klastra, získanie dostatočného množstva relevantných informácií za účelom stanovenia vlastných návrhov a odporúčaní pre ďalší rozvoj klastra. V teoretickej časti práce sú vymedzené základné pojmy a princípy klastrovania ako i strategickej analýzy. Ďalšia časť práce smeruje k využitiu získaných poznatkov pre účely analýzy vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia. Záverečná časť práce je venovaná návrhom a odporúčaniam, zameraných na odstránenie slabých stránok a elimináciu dopadu možných hrozieb.

The subject of thesis "Strategic Proposal for Selected Cluster" is through strategic analysis, consisting of the analysis of the external and internal environment of the cluster, obtaining a sufficient amount of relevant information to determine own proposals and recommendations for further development of the cluster. In the theoretical part of the work the basic concepts are defined and principles of clustering as well as strategic analysis. Another section heading to use the acquired knowledge for the purpose of analyzing the external and internal environment. The final section is devoted to conclusions and recommendations aimed at eliminating weaknesses and the impact of potential threats.
