Výroba modelů standardních a speciálních tvarových nástrojů pro výukové účely aditivní technologií 3D tisku

Abstract

The first part of the thesis is focused on an overview of all additive manufacturing technologies. Technologies of Vat Photopolymerization, Powder Bed Fusion, Directed Energy Deposition and Sheet Lamination are reported in details. There are described production processes of each of these technologies. The second part deals with the production of special tools models of the company Walter, made with a 3D printer for educational purposes. There are described 3D printers and the materials used, and the general process of model making tools. The outcome of this work is real models of special tools custom made by Walter, made by Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).
