Modernizace obrábění těsnicího kroužku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je modernizace výroby těsnícího kroužku čerpadla, který slouží k utěsnění ložiskových těles v tělese kozlíku proti úniku oleje. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje stručný popis firmy, popis vyráběného těsnícího kroužku, který se nachází v tělese kozlíku, a shrnutí moderních metod obrábění. Praktická část práce se skládá z modernizovaného technologického postupu pro výrobu těsnícího kroužku, jednotlivých výpočtů normy času a zhodnocení konvenčního a modernizovaného technologického postupu výroby. Vytvořený technologický postup pro CNC soustruh a následné porovnání se zastaralým postupem výroby je výsledkem modernizace obrábění těsnícího kroužku, která byla cílem bakalářské práce.

The objective of the Bachelor Thesis is manufacturing modernization of the pump wear ring destined for sealing bearing housings in the bearing bracket body to prevent any leakage. Theoretic part of the Bachelor Thesis contains a brief description of the company, a description of the wear ring being currently manufactured which is located in the bearing bracket body and a brief summary of advanced methods of machining. Practical part of the Thesis consists of a streamlined technological procedure of manufacturing the wear ring, a single calculation of the times-standard and evaluation of conventional and streamlined technological procedures of manufacture. The technological procedure created for a CNC lathe using and the subsequent comparison with outdated manufacturing procedures have resulted in precise machining of the wear ring, which was the main objective of this Bachelor Thesis.
