Abstract

This master thesis deals with the system of employee remuneration in a selected company, which did not wish to be named. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part introduces the company and describes and analyzes the current remuneration system. In the practical part are also presented results of research focused on employee satisfaction with the system of remuneration. The objectives of this thesis are to evaluate the remuneration system, to provide feedback to the management of the company and to propose possible measures to improve it.
