Vliv svařovacích parametrů vibračního svařování na tvorbu svarového výronku a pevnost svarového spoje

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of welding parameters of vibrating welding system on the formation of the weld burr and the strength of the weld joint. In this thesis was done a study of welded thermoplastic materials, welding technology and welding equipment. Experimentally is verified behavior of weld burr and strength weld joint with selected weld parameters and with selected tests. Under these conditions, thermoplastic parts were welded to the automotive industry, especially the rear group lamps.
