Implementace metod KAIZEN a 5S ve vybrané organizaci hutního průmyslu

Abstract

Obsah této bakalářské práce popisuje metodu 5S, zavádění vysoké hospodárnosti, pořádku a čistoty na pracovišti a také metodu KAIZEN, kontinuálního zlepšování při využívání potenciálu zaměstnanců. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na implementaci metod 5S a KAIZEN v organizaci hutního průmyslu. Dále popisuje analýzu současného stavu obou metod, návrhy na zlepšení při implementaci metod.

The contents of this thesis describes both methods the 5S implementation of high efficiency, order and cleanliness in the workplace and the KAIZEN method of continuous improvement in the use of employees' potential. Practical work is focused on an implementation of the 5S and the KAIZEN methods in an organization of metallurgical industry. It also describes the current status of both methods, as well as suggestions for improvements in the implementation.
