Abstract

The bachelor's thesis aimes at analysing the salary structure and employee benefits. The main point of the thesis is to offer main information concerning salary structure and employee motivation. Another subject discussed in this thesis is employee motivation from different points of view such as accounts and taxes. Fundamental part is the interpretation of remuneration and benefit system in a selected company based on theoretical knowledge. The bachelor’s thesis in divided into two parts – practical and theoretical one. The theoretical part contains basic terms and theories dealing with the salary structure and employee benefits. In the practical part the selected company is described and the analysis of their remuneration and benefit system is carried out.
