Analýza svařovacích buněk a návrh robotického pracoviště pro svařování sedadla autobusu

Abstract

This thesis deals with analysis and design of an automated robotic workplace for welding of bus seat constructions. First of all, there is a research on welding. Subsequently, an analysis of the seat structure and robotic workplace is made. The other parts emphasize the most important aspects of creating a robotic workplace. Later we make several concepts robotic workplace for welding of bus seat constructions.These concepts are compared to each other. The times are then calculated for finaly solution and the results are evaluated. Model concepts are created using Valk Welding's corporate software in Panasonic DTPS.
