Abstract

The Master thesis deals with the design of a single-purpose sticking machine. The work focuses on the creation of a device for bonding of two chair seat parts under the required conditions. The introduction part briefly describes not only the chair, but also an individual seat production. Next part describes the work cycle, including requirements for the functionality and operation of machines, including the requirements related to the machinery safety, which must be observed during their design. The next part of the Master thesis includes the device design itself. The construction design is supplemented by two proposals of the sticking machine control. One is pneumatic and the other is electro-pneumatic control. The pneumatic design is preferred for the subsequent specification of individual elements, which are also included in the design of the construction itself.
