Abstract

This Thesis deals with remuneration of Employees in Public Services, Administration and Self-administration. The aim of Bachelor Thesis is to capture the most important connection with remuneration of Employees and to analyse the costs and levies related to remuneration which arose in 2014 in Mikulovice. Legal Regulations thit are related to this Theme are analysed together with the description of the process of determining the salary.
