The thesis deals with the manufacturing process optimisation in the company TTS Kocks Ostrava Ltd. The aim of the thesis is the manufacturing process optimisation, work procedures assembly, operating time monitoring, or eventually working area layout and reduction of production expenses. The first part of the thesis deals with the general characteristics of problem solving and current situation description in the terms of range of products, work organisation and additional entry information. The following part of the thesis deals with the requirement specification and problem determination. In the end the solutions for the manufacturing process optimisation are introduced.
