Abstract

The master thesis deals with the complete design of the cleaning and ionization unit. In the first part the problems of pressure air cleaning and ionization are discussed. In the second part, according to the specified requirements and parameters, a complete design of the unit is created, design of the pneumatic circuit, selection of individual pneumatic elements and other components. Part of the work is the creation of a pneumatic scheme and adjustable program for cleaning parts, which will take into account all possible operating conditions and take into account the safety of the operator. The result of the work is a unit that could be physically assembled and used for the intended purpose of cleaning a plastic part after machining. Alternatively, it is intended for universal use where the design is also aimed at this application.
