Praktická aplikace metod vibrodiagnostiky

Abstract

This thesis deals with vibrodiagnostics of rotary machines used in treatment of coke oven gas in Svoboda coke plant. The first part focuses on the theory of vibrodiagnostics of machines. There is mentioned fundamental terminology used in vibration diagnostics and basic malfunctions of rotary machines. Furthermore, the work deals with methods of capturing and subsequent analysis of vibrations. The theme of the practical part is vibrodiagnostics of pumps used in the process of separating the products from the coke oven gas. Here is described the process of treatment of coke oven gas, vibration analyzer used in the diagnosis and method of capturing vibrations of the pumps. The following is a description of individual pumps, measured data and evaluation of those data. The thesis concludes with evaluation of the results of the work.
