Abstract

The theme of this thesis is satisfaction of customer Labour Office of the Czech Republic, specifically satisfaction of customer from contact workplace - Labour Office in Frýdek-Místek. On the second chapter of this thesis are explained the basic concepts relating to public administration, further there is characterized by institutional security of the state administration in the area of employment, primarily Labour Office of the Czech Republic and also there is explained the concept of customer. The third chapter outlines a brief description of the available theoretical knowledge relating to methods of measuring satisfaction of customers, which can by used by organization of public administration. And the fourth chapter characterizes the research method - a survey, which was in the process of this thesis used. Subsequently, the completed questionnaires were processed, evaluated and conclusion are suggestions and recommendations designed to improve the current situation.
