Abstract

The subject of bachelor´s work is recruiting and selecting employees in a chosen organization. The goal is to analyze and evaluate the current system of recruitment and selection of employees in Medi-Globe s.r.o. The selection of suitable employees is a great importance for company, because human resources influence competitiveness and success of company. In the theoretical part of the work is made basic terminology, activities and methods of recruiting and selection of employees. Practice part of work describes company Medi-Globe s.r.o. and it´s process of recruiting and selection of employees. Recommendation for improvement of this process are based on the provided information.
