Abstract

In my bachelor work I have dealt with the influence of standardization in the development of human potential within organisation, especially introducing standardization ISO 9001/2001. The bachelor work is divided into theoretical part , where I go into theoretical resonance of the managerial development of human manpower in the organisation. Furthermore my work does include characteristics of analysed society and the practical part. For my work I have chosen the H&D a.s, with its Head Office in Prostejov, where I have done a partial audit for the management of duality control, with the help of workers at the warehouse and business department by asking them 8 questions. Also I have used the internal documentation from the company,where I deal with the method for management of quality, which the company is using to achieve its goals. Furthermore I go into problems which I have found , especially in the area of motivation,communication and organisation of work and I propose contingent solutions, which could help to correct its negative influence in the future.
