Vliv standardizace manažerských postupů na rozvoj lidského potenciálu organizace

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala vlivem standardizace na rozvoj lidského potenciálu v organizaci a to zejména zavedením standardizace ISO 9001/2001. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které se zabývám teoretickými východisky manažerských postupů rozvoje lidského potenciálu v organizaci. Dále moje práce obsahuje charakteristiku analyzované společnosti a praktickou část. Pro svoji práci jsem si zvolila firmu HD, a.s., se sídlem v Prostějově, kde jsem prováděla dílčí audit systému managementu jakosti a to za pomoci rozhovoru, kdy jsem položila osm standardizovaných otázek zaměstnancům z oddělení skladu a obchodního oddělení. Dále jsem využívala interní dokumentaci firmy, kde se zabývám zejména principy systému managementu jakosti, které firma uplatňuje k dosažení svých cílů. Dále se zabývám problémy, které jsem ve firmě zjistila, a to zejména v oblasti motivace, komunikace a organizace práce, a navrhuji případná řešení, která by mohla do budoucna přispět k odstranění jejich nežádoucího vlivu.

In my bachelor work I have dealt with the influence of standardization in the development of human potential within organisation, especially introducing standardization ISO 9001/2001. The bachelor work is divided into theoretical part , where I go into theoretical resonance of the managerial development of human manpower in the organisation. Furthermore my work does include characteristics of analysed society and the practical part. For my work I have chosen the H&D a.s, with its Head Office in Prostejov, where I have done a partial audit for the management of duality control, with the help of workers at the warehouse and business department by asking them 8 questions. Also I have used the internal documentation from the company,where I deal with the method for management of quality, which the company is using to achieve its goals. Furthermore I go into problems which I have found , especially in the area of motivation,communication and organisation of work and I propose contingent solutions, which could help to correct its negative influence in the future.
