Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and production of a children's bicycle saddle using additive technologies FFF and SLS using flexible TPU material. The saddle is intended not only for a bicycle, but also as a part of a walker for children with physical disabilities. The thesis compares various variants of the design solution and internal fillings with the aim of finding a suitable combination in terms of strength, comfort and functionality. The thesis includes a practical verification of the possibilities of 3D printing for this specific application.
