Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a handling device for positioning the cabin filtration unit of the TATRA T815-7 vehicle during assembly. The theoretical part provides a general overview of handling equipment, its significance, and classification based on the method of manipulation. It also explains the concept of a CBRN filter, its technical specifications, and the functional principles of the device.The final section of the theoretical part is dedicated to a description of the T815-7 vehicle. The practical part concentrates on the design of the supporting structure of the manipulator, performing a strength analysis of the main structural components, proposing the cabin mounting system, and calculating the critical parameters necessary for safe handling. Finally, the economic benefits of the proposed device are evaluated.
