Strategická analýza pro vývoj technologií FSOC

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with strategic analyses focused on FSOC technology in Meopta - Optika, s.r.o. In the beginning are explained basic concepts of strategic management theory. Further, the company, its background, focus area and its vision are introduced together with the principle of FSOC technology and why is this technology another possible area of activity for Meopta. Individual strategic analyses and market research are performed, based on individual strategic analyses, it is verified whether FSOC technology is a suitable investment for the company and under what conditions. At the conclusion of the thesis is determined the strategy of integration of technologies with possible risks.
