Návrh korečku naběrače

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem korečku s vyměnitelnými zuby portálového korečkového naběrače KN 350 s ohledem na výkonnost stroje a provozní podmínky. V úvodu uvádím rešerši dané problematiky. V další části analyzuji problém a uvádím základní provozně technologické výpočty. Dále se zabývám návrhem korečku a podle zadání jsem provedl pevnostní výpočet spoje korečku s nosným článkem řetězu. Poté jsem volil materiál korečku a způsob ochrany proti abrazivnímu opotřebení. Na závěr jsem zhodnotil vhodnost a použitelnost navrženého korečku v praxi.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the bucket with interchangeable teeth of the portal bucket reclaimer KN 350 with respect to machine performance and operating conditions. In the introduction, I am referring to the issue. In the next part I analyze the problem and present basic operational technological calculations. Next, I deal with bucket design and according to the assignment I made the strength calculation of the coupling of the bucket with the chain link. Then I chose a bucket material and a method of protection against abrasive wear. Finally, I assessed the suitability and usability proposed bucket in practice.
