Sledování vibrací při vrtací zkoušce obrobrobitelnosti

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the monitoring of vibrations during the drilling machinability test. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the machinability of the material and its testing, especially the drilling test of machinability, are described. Furthermore, vibrations are described, especially vibrations during machining, the ways of their occurrence, as well as the possibility of measuring and evaluating the intensity of vibrations. In the practical part, the procedure of the drilling machinability test and vibration measurement during this test is described. Further, the evaluation of the magnitude of vibrations for individual material samples and their comparison with respect to the machinability of the material and the test conditions is described. At the end of the work, the course of the experiment is evaluated and it is described how the goals were achieved and what are the results of vibration monitoring during the drilling machinability test.
