Ph.D. The aim of the master thesis is structurally proposed the rotary drum trommel screen , which will divide a material into three fractions 0 to 8 mm, 8 to 16 mm, over 16mm. The drive will be driven by four pulleys but two of them will be connected with a torsional shaft. The sorting machine will be dip down under specific angle 3°. The fixing elements will prevent to slipping of the sorting machine, which carries the whole weight of body. At the beginning is introduced the theoretical starting point. A short search is followed by the rotary drum sorting machines. The descriptions and types of drives or types of drum sorter follow up and also design variant of solution. The thesis is remade in details by capacitive, strength and controlling calculation, which are requested. There are in attachment the necessary documents and drawing for realization of chosen solution options.
