Analýza výztuh ocelových nádrží pro uskladnění kapalin

Abstract

Master thesis deals with analysis and design of new wind girders that are used for screwed storage tanks. The currently used wind girders have economic and technological limits, that can be eliminated with new construction models. Thesis is divided into 4 parts. In the first one the review of current state of wind girders is performed. Second one deals with design of new wind girders based on the requirements of the company WITKOWITZ ENVI a.s. In the third part FEM analysis of the new wind girders focused on buckling of steel tanks is presented. In designed model are considered imperfections including geometrical and material nonlinearity. In the last part the evaluation of the new girders is performed in comparison with currently used type of reinforcement profiles. Master thesis was assigned with respect of challenging requirements of technical industry and results will be used by the company WITKOWITZ ENVI a.s.
