Strategický rozvoj malé rodinné firmy

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to propose an appropriate development strategy for a small family company operating in the bakery products market. In the theoretical part I deal with the process of strategy and the strategic analysis itself focused on family business. The practical part of the thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Renata Smékalová bakery, where selected analyzes are thoroughly elaborated. The third part of the thesis is devoted to the design of suitable strategic operations that stem from the strategic goals and vision of the company in connection with the strategic analyzes performed. The last part of the thesis is devoted to recommendations for the company, here are selected several operations that the company should implement for its future development.
