Posouzení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Smartview s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis defines basic theoretical knowledge about motivation, stimulation, job satisfaction satisfaction and performance management. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate employee motivation and determine, which stimulating tools are key for them. Interviews with executives and the survey were accomplished in the Smart View s.r.o. company. The practical part summarises the results of the research and presents the proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation of motivation.
