Posouzení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Smartview s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce vymezuje základní teoretické poznatky o motivaci, stimulaci, pracovní spokojenosti a řízení pracovního výkonu. Jejím cílem je analyzovat současný stav motivace zaměstnanců a zjistit, které stimulační nástroje jsou pro ně klíčové. Zhodnocení bylo provedeno ve společnosti Smart View s.r.o. pomocí rozhovoru s vedoucími pracovníky a dotazníkového šetření. V praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky průzkumu a předloženy návrhy na zlepšení současné situace motivace.

This thesis defines basic theoretical knowledge about motivation, stimulation, job satisfaction satisfaction and performance management. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate employee motivation and determine, which stimulating tools are key for them. Interviews with executives and the survey were accomplished in the Smart View s.r.o. company. The practical part summarises the results of the research and presents the proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation of motivation.
