Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation and satisfaction of the employees in a metallurgical company. The Bachelor thesis contains a theoretical and methodological part, an analysis of the current state of proposals, and recommendations for the company. Terms such as engagement, incentives, and people management are defined in connection with the topic. The main goal of the work is to find out the level of motivation and satisfaction of employees. The partial goal is to find the factors that influence this issue. The issue is addressed through a questionnaire survey. The proposals and recommendations are focused on the introduction of new benefits, improvement of the working environment, job security, employee information, rewards, and sanctions.
