Konstrukční návrh ochranného krytu pro stereovizní subsystém MR Hercules

Abstract

This thesis deals with product design of housing for two color CCD cameras. The introduction describes the current inadequate design and mounting system on the robot arm of Hercules. The following section deals with comparison of possible technical solutions, materials and types of lighting covering the work area. The comparison of both options is highly developed to the level of CAD models. Subsequently is selected and prepared detailed plastic version. Lighting workspace is solved by two powerful LED light sources. The inner part of the cover is designed as the modular system on which is possible to mount other electronic components. CAD model and technical documentation for the proposed housing are included in Annex thesis.
