Designově konstrukční řešení zakrytování svislého soustruhu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčně designovým návrhem krytu pro soustruh SKIQ 16, vyráběný firmou TOSHULIN, a. s. Je zde popsána tématika soustružení. Rešerše vybraných typů obráběcích center, u kterých byly popsány klady a zápory. Po prostudování stavu řešení varianty svislého soustruhu SKIQ 16 bylo vytvořeno několik návrhů formou skic, které znázorňovaly vzhled a tvarový design stroje. Z návrhů byly vybrány dva pro plné zpracování. Podrobně se rozkreslila jejich celková konstrukce, doložena potřebnými výpočty a popisem jednotlivých dílů. Celkový finální vzhled a možnosti barevného provedení byly znázorněny ve vizualizacích.

The thesis deals with the design of a cover for SKIQ16 lathe produced by TOSHULIN a.s. The main topic of turning is described herein. Literature search of selected types of turning centres with a description of their positive and negative features. After a detailed examination of SKIQ 16 vertical lathe, several designs in the form of sketches were created which outlined the appearance and the shape design of the machine. Two of the designs were chosen for full elaboration. The construction was drawn in detail, and necessary calculations as well as the description of individual parts were prepared. The final appearance and colour possibilities are demonstrated by visualisations.
